Financial Reports
Maxim Crane Works, L.P., is privately held and does not make its financial information available to the public. Maxim Crane Works, L.P., makes annual financial statements available to holders of the notes, prospective investors in the notes and certain securities analysts within 90 days after the end of our fiscal year, which ends on December 31. In addition, we make quarterly reports available within 45 business days after the end of each of the first three quarters of the fiscal year and current reports available within the time periods specified in the relevant forms. The reports are posted on our secure web site, which can be accessed only by holders of the notes, qualified prospective investors in the notes and certain securities analysts.
Bond Investor Conference Calls
Maxim Crane Works, L.P. will host an investor teleconference call for note holders, prospective investors in the notes and certain securities analysts no later than ten business days after the annual and quarterly reports are posted. Approximately three business days prior to the investor call, Maxim Crane Works, L.P. will issue a public press release announcing the date and time of the call. Details on how to access the call as well as the financial reports will be available on our secure web site.
